What we need

Additional details
Need research to create a database of: area nursing homes; and a separate database of businesses that serve the elderly such as: home health care agencies, medical supply stores, bath/home remodelers, pharmacies, businesses that sell eyewear, hearing aides, etc., businesses that support the arts: art supply stores, AARP, sports teams, etc.
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of types of businesses we need targeted, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a commitment to seeing this project through, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,239 , allowing us to create a network so that we can invite others to reach out to hundreds of people who are languishing from social isolation.
We are going to use this information to allow other orgs the opportunity to serve people who continue to suffer from social isolation.

FAM works with all levels of capability, providing individualized opportunities for engagement through these various therapies.
