Project details

What we need
  • A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
  • Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Additional details

The FE (Family Engagement) department of my organization is looking to compile national and internal data on the impact parent involvement has on preschool ECE success and how we rank in comparison. We are attempting to tell a story using "A profile of Success" to measure outcomes of former/current students who are or were enrolled in our program (3 years). Additionally how does FE impact the entire family: increased parent/guard-school relationship, Parent knowledge and advocacy,

What we have in place
  • We currently have internal performance data and program data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have impact data from partners, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,310 , allowing us to continue to focus on the work-provide more tangibles and support that are transformative to the families we serve all across the District of Columbia

This project is important because I want to have a professional clean organized tool that speaks to the family engagement legacy: our beginnings, our current work and future goals. We need to be able to offer a report that communicates to every stakeholder the work we are doing and its value to those we serve. Additionally, this complete report will be used to solicit new funding opportunities and strengthen current donor support

Testimonials

It has been such a pleasure and insightful experience working with Soroush. His analytical mind has allowed us to ask the right questions concerning the use of data to get the answers we need to prove our claims towards our programs and service to our families. I am hoping that the knowledge we gained from his expertise will cause us to be more intentional with gathering data and choosing the right data points/questions that accurately make our claims true.
