What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details

Need help developing a digital annual report that can be emailed to our members. Specifically need help with charts, tables, etc. We are a very small organization. The report won't be very long. We don't use any fancy software, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the 2021 financials and I am gathering committee information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a letter from the co-presidents., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to I think the number is inaccurate but it will save us money by not having to hire a graphic artist

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Organizational Development Manager

Our mission

Our mission is: to identify, research and discuss critical issues; to mobilize, energize and inspire ourselves and others to action; and to work as individuals and in community for social justice.
Women's Voices is a volunteer-driven education and advocacy organization founded in 2005. We hold 20-25 education programs annually addressing a range of social justice issues. Our current focus issues are gun violence prevention, criminal justice reform, voter accessibility and affordable housing. We publish position papers and regularly provide advocacy opportunities that advance fairness and equity through legislation and public policy.
